Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs. pork shoulder cut into cubes

2 cups rinsed cranberries

1 1/2 cups dry white wine

2 shallots diced

3 – 4 sprigs thyme

2 sprigs rosemary

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste
