Ingredients

2 country ribs (roughly 1 lb.)

1 teaspoon olive oil

5 large cippollini onions, chopped

4 cups rich chicken broth (use homemade if you have it)

1 cup white wine

4 bay leaves

4 3″ strips lemon zest

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1 teaspoon sea salt
