Ingredients

Filling:

4 Cups blueberries, fresh

1/4 Cup white sugar

1 Tablespoon brown sugar

1/4 Teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 Teaspoon vanilla extract

1 Tablespoon lemon juice

1 Tablespoon cornstarch

Topping:

3/4 Cups old fashioned rolled oats, if making gluten free make sure oats are gluten free

1/3 Cup flour, or gluten free flour

1/2 Cup brown sugar

4 Tablespoons butter, softened, if making dairy free use non-dairy butter substitute such as Earth Balance

1 Pinch of cinnamon

1 Pinch of salt

Vanilla ice cream or whip cream, if desired.
