3 blood oranges, juiced (2 slices set aside for garnish)

3 cups clementine sparkling water (or your favorite Prosecco/Champagne)

1 cup lemon sparkling water, plus more for garnish

2 Tbl freshly grated

1 small jalapeño, finely sliced


1Combine the blood orange juice, sparkling water (or alcohol), and lemon sparkling water in a pitcher.

2Take the freshly grated ginger and squeeze the juice out of it in the palm of your hand, into the pitcher.

3Toss in 4-5 jalapeno slices (more or less depending on heat preference) and stir until everything is well combined.

4Pour into glasses and top each glass with a bit more sparkling water, a slice of orange, and a slice of jalapeño for garnish. Serve immediately
