Banana Chocolate Cups

Recipe by Crave the Benefits


500g grams of dark chocolate (I used one and a half dark chocolate bars)

4 tbsps of peanut or almond butter

1 banana


1Chop the chocolate and melt it in a double boiler.

2While the chocolate is melting, mash the banana in a bowl and mix in the peanut butter until you have a smooth paste.

3Once the chocolate has melted, pour one tbsp of chocolate in a muffin liner. Spread the chocolate around the inside of the liner to completely cover the sides.

4Put the liners in the freezer for 5-10 minutes to harden the chocolate.

5Once the cups are solid, add a small amount of the banana-peanut butter filling to the center.

6Add more chocolate over the filling to create the top part of the cup.

7Pop in the freezer for 5-10 more minutes.

8Enjoy! Keep the rest of the cups in the fridge.
