Banana Blueberry Cookies

Ingredients

3 bananas, ripe and mashed

1 cup oats

¾ brown rice flour

¼ cup maple syrup

¼ cup applesauce, unsweetened

¼ cup blueberries, dried

¼ cup sliced almonds

1 tsp vanilla extract

¼ tsp baking soda

pinch sea salt

Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F

2In a mixing bowl, combine bananas, applesauce, maple syrup, and vanilla extract

3In a separate mixing bowl combine oats, flour, baking soda, and sea salt

4Pour dry ingredients into the bowl with wet ingredients, stirring until well-combined

5Add about 2 Tbl each of cookie dough to a baking sheet

6Bake for 15-20 minutes
