Ingredients

2 apples (1 per person)

1 tbsp of honey

1 tbsp of silvered almonds

1 tbsp of walnuts

1/2 tsp of cinnamon

1/2 tsp of cardamon

Directions

1Preheat the oven at 200 degrees

2With a knife remove the core of the apple by cutting a hole from underneath the apples

3On a sheet of baking paper place the apples and sprinkle cinnamon and cardamon on the skin and put in the oven

4Let the apples to cook for 30 min until they are tender inside (use a knife to check if they are ready if need be)

5Spread a little bit of honey on them and sprinkle nuts

6Serve warm
