Ahi Tuna Sushi Burgers

Ingredients

Burgers

1.5 lb ground beef

1 teaspoon anchovy paste

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 ahi tuna steak (about 7 oz)

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon or so Sriracha, to taste

Toppings

Flying fish roe

Lettuce (I use either butter lettuce or romaine)

Avocado

Tomato

Nori strips (I buy mine in large sheets and simply tear off a few pieces)

Sliced green onions

Wasabi paste

Pickled ginger
