Acai Overnight Oats

Recipe by Sprinkles and Saturdays

Ingredients

1/2 cup coconut yogurt (I use So Delicious)

1/2 cup old fashioned oats

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1/2 cup acai juice

Raspberries

Blueberries

Almonds, roughly chopped

Directions

1Place the coconut yogurt, oats, chia seeds and acai juice in a bowl or jar and stir together. Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight or for 20 minutes minimum. Before serving, stir in more acai juice if you need to thin it out at all. Top with berries and almonds.
