Ingredients

1.5 dl oats

3 dl brown rice flour

5.5 dl buckwheat flour

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp salt

1/2 tbsp maple syrup

1 dl soya yoghurt (unsweetened preferably)

3 dl almond milk + 1 tbsp lemon juice

Coconut oil for brushing

200 g macadamia nuts (soaked over night

1 garlic clove

Juice from 1/2 lemon

1/3 cup nutritional yeats

2 tbsp olive oil + 1 tbsp water

Salt and black pepper

1 sprig rosemary or equal from dried
