3 cups filtered water

1 cup steel cut oats (or gluten free oats)

Pinch of salt

1/2 to 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or preferred milk)

Suggested toppings:

Sliced banana

Pumpkin seeds

Hemp seeds

Vanilla almond butter

Shredded coconut

Chopped walnuts or pecans
