Lemon “Poppy” Overnight Oats

Recipe by Thyme and Toast


⅓ cup rolled oats

½ cup milk of choice (I use plain, unsweetened almond milk)

2 tablespoon plain greek yogurt*

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 teaspoon agave syrup, or more to taste

a squeeze of lemon or 1 teaspoon lemon juice

¼ teaspoon lemon zest

Optional toppings: blueberries, granola, coconut flakes
