Coming from a family of foodies, I’ve always been in love with food—from selecting ingredients, to enjoying the finished product. But when I was diagnosed with multiple food allergies, I had to make drastic changes to my diet. It was then that I became passionate about cooking and eating healthy, whole, unprocessed foods – and helping you do the same!

Since the change, I’ve learned how it feels to be truly healthy. I finally felt good in my own skin. After witnessing firsthand how food can transform a person’s life, I had new-found direction, and I enrolled in the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Now that I’m a certified health coach, my focus is on helping others to learn how eating healthfully can hugely improve overall health and promote wellbeing.

Izzy’s Wellness was designed to feature food bloggers that used and celebrated whole foods and fresh, seasonal ingredients.  The Index will always feature delicious recipes from food bloggers who use whole foods and natural ingredients. Recipe selection and organization will also cater to those who follow specialty diets.
